Can my check-out time be extended?

Depending on availability as well as the length of time, extensions are possible.
It is ¥1000 per hour for extensions.

Is there a curfew at the hotel?

There is no curfew. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so you are free to enter and leave at your leisure.

Can I use the internet at the hotel?

Yes. Wireless LAN is available free of charge inside your room as well as throughout the building

Our apologies for the inconvenience, but all hotel facilities, including the lobby, and restaurant, as well as all guest rooms are non-smoking.

What are your cancellation policies?

Our cancellation policies are below.

Day of check-in :100% of accommodation fee
Day before check-in :50% of accommodation fee
7 days before check-in :30% of accommodation fee

Can I mail a package to the hotel?

We accept packages and luggages sent to our hotel that have already been prepared. (We do not accept packaged which require payment on delivery)
Please include your reservation name and date on the shipping voucher.
*As storage is limited, please contact our hotel if you are planning to ship something prior to your stay. We ask for your understanding in that depending on the size of the package, we may not be able to receive the package before your check-in date.

Can I store luggage before/after my stay?

We accept luggage storage at our reception desk. Please be aware that we are unable to store valuables, frozen items, refrigerated items, flowers and other similar items. We ask that luggage stored with us on the day of your check-out be picked up on the same day.

Is there car parking available at the hotel?

There is no car park available at the hotel. We are able to introduce to you several coin parking areas within walking distance of the hotel.
